Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

I ship within the UK, EU, and Internationally. 

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or Evri. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Under £35 -  within the UK, postage costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the size/weight of your order.

Over £35 - free postage within the UK.

EU & International - buyers are responsible for postage costs, and any import duties that may apply.

SHIPPING TIMES

I endeavour to post all orders as quickly as possible, however I am a one woman team, so please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. During especially busy times orders may take longer to be dispatched.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at my store during my opening hours: Earth2Ware, 6 Biscombes Lane, Callington, PL17 7LB, United Kingdom. Please email me at earth2ware@gmail.com. to arrange a collection time. 

OTHER

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way.
