Cobalt Blue Drip Stoneware Mug

A hand-thrown stoneware mug with a sturdy cylindrical form and generous loop handle. The upper body, rim, handle and interior are finished in a rich glossy cobalt-blue reactive glaze, with subtle lighter-blue variation, visible throwing lines and flowing glaze texture. A broad section of warm natural stoneware is left exposed around the lower body, creating a bold contrast with the saturated blue, while an individual glaze drip adds character at the transition. The tactile clay surface and natural firing variation celebrate the one-of-a-kind handmade nature of the piece.
