Refund Policy
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at earth2ware@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDER
If you need to make a change to an order after it has been placed, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, I will do my very best to make adjustments.
If your order has already been processed & shipped, I will unfortunately not be able to make changes. Please contact me once you receive your order, and I’ll do what I can to resolve the issue.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from me, I will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of an order being delivered. Please email me at earth2ware@gmail.com. with your order details to initiate your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, if you received free shipping or paid a flat-rate shipping, the true shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded. Shipping fees may be refunded in the case of an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item.
The customer is responsible for all return postage costs, and arrangements, should you choose to ship in a manner that is not fully insured, and the package is lost or damaged that is not a responsibility of Earth2Ware, and I will be unable to issue you a refund.
Please ensure all returns are packaged carefully to protect the piece/s. I will be unable to issue a refund if a return arrives damaged.
Once your return is received it will be inspected and then I will process the return. This can take up to 7 business days from the date I receive it.

INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a parcel is returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will need to repay postage costs if you would like me to resend.
UNCLAIMED DELIVERY
If no one is home when your parcel arrives it will be taken to the nearest postal unit. Usually you will have two weeks to collect your parcel before it is returned to me. You will need to repay postage costs if you would like me to resend your order.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
The customer is responsible for all return postage costs, and arrangements. When returning items I would advise asking for proof of postage. Please ensure all items are packaged carefully to protect the piece/s. If a return is lost or damaged, or the product gets damaged in transit, I will be unable to issue a refund.
