The upper body is finished in a deep glossy reactive glaze, blending midnight black, cobalt blue, berry-purple, wine red and soft blue-green blooms that shift subtly in the light. A broad section of warm natural stoneware is left exposed around the lower body and foot, creating a strong tactile contrast with the dark glossy glaze.
